Can I buy from your company if I am not a business?
No, we are sorry but our business does not sell directly to consumers.
How do I open an account?
If you are a registered business in Ireland or Europe, then please send us a brief message about your company via our contact us page.
Do you produce a printed or an online catalogue?
We don’t produce any catalogues any longer due to the high production costs. However, we send weekly offers to our subscribed customers by email in PDF & Excel format.
Do your price lists include images?
Some offers we send out in PDF format do include images of products but not for all of our ranges.
I have an online store, can you supply any product images?
No, due to copyright laws we do not supply images for any products. We also advise you not to download images from the web without the owner’s permission.
What is your minimum order value?
The minimum order value is €300 exc.Vat. Shipping to Europe is available subject to a minimum order value and additional shipping charges will be applied based on size of the order.
What credit terms do you offer?
All approved Irish accounts receive 30 days credit from the date of Invoice subject to approval. If you are a new business then you may only be supplied goods on a pro-forma basis for a short period of time until credit can be established. Export customers are strictly on a pro-forma basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
All new accounts are set up on SEPA Direct Debit and we also accept direct payments into our bank account.
How long does it take to process & deliver my order?
If your account is in good standing, then you can expect your order to be received within 3 business days for orders shipped in Ireland and approximately 5-7 business days to Europe.
How do I place my order once I have been provided my account details?

Do you supply samples for any of the products you sell?
No, unfortunately we do not get samples ourselves from our suppliers.
Are your products genuine?
Yes, absolutely all our products are guaranteed to be 100% genuine. Bodyscent International has been trading in Ireland since 1993 and we are well known within the Pharmacy sector. All our suppliers are vetted and we only purchase goods from within the EEC to conform to EU trading laws.
Do you offer discounts on volume?
We never say no, and it depends on the brand and the qty you wish to purchase. Please send your enquiry via the contact us page or email us on sales@bodyscent.ie and one of our sales executives will get in touch.

Do you have a showroom?
No, unfortunately we do not have any facilities to display our products and our premises are strictly for distribution of goods.
